Yes we do! If you refer a friend who comes for a photo-shoot, your next photo shoot will be discount by 50%! Ask me for further details.

Yes, we have two dogs. We put them in the backyard prior to each shoot, vacuum often and they are NOT allowed in the basement studio. With that being said, it is impossible for me to guarantee that there is absolutely no fur in the entrance way of the house as you walk to the basement.

Yes, we do. We have over 50 floor and backdrops to choose from. This number is constantly growing as we acquire more. You can select from solid colours (pinks, blues, beiges, creams, white, black, grey, etc) to every possible floor board or wood grain imaginable. We also have multiple brick backdrops and countless other themed backdrops for both boys and girls. You will not be disappointed in our selection!

Yes you can! If you see any props you like in one of our portfolio pictures, it is best to let me know ahead of time to make sure we still have it. We are constantly adding to/updating and removing props in our collection – especially for holiday sessions.

We do have mobile equipment, so we can definitely do this…but we try not to as it is hard to bring all of our props/back-drops/set-ups to your house. It is highly recommended that you visit the studio to take advantage of all we have to offer. If you prefer an outdoor shoot in Markham or Stouffville, we can certainly do this as well! Any locations outside of Markham/Stouffville may include a travel charge.

We can either provide on a DVD or email them to you directly. We are working to see if there is a way clients can download and save high resolution files directly from our site.

Yes, we are pet lovers and will allow any pet you want to bring in to photograph! We have two big dogs ourselves :)

Typical turnaround time for newborn photos is 2-3 weeks. All other photo packages take approximately 1 week. During holiday seasons turn-around time may vary and it is best to confirm with the photographer.

Yes – 6 family members is the maximum. Each additional may incur an additional fee.

Because we generally use our ‘paper’ backdrops for these sessions as they get messy. After the session, we end up throwing a fair chunk of our backdrop away, which drives up the cost a little bit.

For cake smashes, it is best that we chat prior to the session. Some parents have an outfit they wish to bring. We do have tutus that we can provide, but the cost may be a little higher as we have to have them professionally cleaned after the smash. It is also client responsibility to bring the cake. We do provide a free high resolution, fully edited digital ‘collage’ of the cake smash experience as a memento. This is not provided for the regular sessions.

No. We provide high resolution, fully edited digital images. This is one of our competitive advantages that saves you money since you will own the digital image and can print as much as you want. I can’t tell you how much money I spent trying to obtain the digital image from previous photographers we have used in the past.

Yes, you let me know how ‘natural’ you want the photo to be. We typically eliminate all acne and smooth the skin/brighten and sharpen the eyes for every image, unless you tell us otherwise. We adjust lighting/brightness and do any necessary colour corrections.

Interac E-transfer, cash, cheque or Paypal.

Yes – coming soon in February, 2017, you can pay for your session reservation online. We will have an online shopping cart option.

Due to the incredible number of no-shows or cancellations last minute, we now ask that you pay a 50$ retainer fee to secure your spot. If you end up having to cancel, we can reschedule with no problem. You will not be out any money, as you will only owe the balance. For example if you are doing a holiday shoot, the retainer is 50$ and the amount due on-site at time of session is the balance, $50.

As of February, 2017, there will be a password protected viewing gallery available with low resolution unedited images. You can select your favorites based on this gallery.

Within the first 10 days of life is optimal for easier posing of the baby. Also baby acne tends to come in after the 10 day mark.

Mini sessions are intended to be ‘mini’, so sessions go 45 minutes and less images are provided. See the tab on pricing.

Most sessions typically run 1 hour. Newborn sessions are the exception to the rule where they run anywhere from 1.5-3 hours, depending on how sleepy and posable/agreeable the baby is. As such, newborn shoots are priced differently.
